This spring things have been a little atypical for everyone. That of course, included my March-birthday-having ball of crazy son, Malcolm. He was a good sport and still enjoyed his birthday with us where we still had his mushroom shaped cake as requested(to look like a 1up mushroom from Super Mario), played MarioKart, and were joined by some friends and family for a facebook live/video chat combo of him blowing out his candles surrounded by lots of Mario themed fun(which I had already bought/made before the earth shut down for a few weeks). Finally the weather took a turn for something resembling spring and we got outside to have a fun bonfire in the backyard where Malcolm got to roast some hot dogs and marshmallows for a fun 4th birthday session. He was largely successful in keeping his food away from our dog Ripley too, so extra win!
