For the last several years, I have had the pleasure of photographing the Eiteljorg's big event the Quest for the West. Every September, artists, collectors and other wonderful people gather at the Eiteljorg Museum for the weekend of delicious food, gorgeous art, huge awards and an all around amazing event. This year, I was able to attend both Friday and Saturday for their big event and got to catch their first miniature art sale that evening as well as a special gallery opening for P.A. Nisbet, last year's artist of distinction. The miniature art sale and the gallery upstairs were absolutely full of stunning art that I am honored to share with you. Here are a few favorites from the events on Friday and I can't wait to share the big event from Saturday later this week on the blog.
